Introduction

This survey is part of a project entitled ‘End of Life Directions for Aged Care (ELDAC)’ and conducted by the Flinders University ELDAC team.

The survey has been distributed nationally to allied health professionals and its aim is to better understand the role of allied health professionals in working with older Australians. Responses to the survey will help us to understand allied health professional views on palliative care and practice needs and to improve quality of care for people supported in residential and community aged care.

In this study older Australians are defined as:
  • 55 years and over for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people
  • 65 years and over for the rest of the population.

Your participation is voluntary. You may choose not to participate, or to withdraw at any time.

This online survey will take approximately 20 minutes and your responses will be confidential.

For more information about the study, please read the Participant Information Sheet.
